Test Posts of digital camera images
Last month one of the greatest artists in Japan, Yasuhiko Uchihara, whose style is updating the daily digital photo images on the website "Son of a BIT" everyday, rent me his old digital camera D100. So these days I have tried everyday's posts by the camera on the other blog as he does. You can see the digital images there which are bigger than any other photos on my website. It is not so serious, but now just a test to get some new feelings.

By the way, the blog system "hatena" is not so good for posting. It is based only on Japanese, so not convenient for most visitors. Now I am looking for other free service, which is besed on English, easy to post, good for visitors to see images. Or, I may stop the test soon. If I find, I will unite here and there to new one.

Interesting talks.
In this winter, Japanese famous camera companies, Nikon, Canon, Sony and Olympus released new digital SLR cameras. Especially, Nikon D3 is special, because we can shoot at ISO 3200 without few grains by D3.

Of couse, it costs so expensive for most people. But in near future, its technology will come down to the consumer products, and we can take pictures even at night's street much more easily than ever. We will come across soon, the images we have never seen.
Then, why do you/I still use films? The quality of ink-jet printers has reached already high. The prints from them are sometimes better than "orthodox" ones. The color of digital images is gradually getting better, and in future it can be superior to that of films.
Now I use films because I am afraid that I loose the digital images by accident, for example when I travel around for more than 1 month. When I carry the digital SLR camera, I have to carry the laptop PC or some portable HDD in my baggage in order to stock images. I must be careful all ways to keep it not shake or fall down from the desk. But the problem will be solved. The price of HDD getting cheaper these days, so we can carry a few of small ones anywhere.
Then, why do we still use films?

結婚制度を疑う
ヤフー知恵袋には浮気不倫がばれたとか離婚しようかしまいかとかいう相談が沢山あって、それに対する道徳観念的な助言も数多あふれている。浮気不倫は厳密にいえば犯罪ではなく、いわんや離婚をや、なんだけれども、結婚制度は民放で貞操義務を定められており、配偶者以外の男女と性交渉を持つと他方が慰謝料請求が出来るというのが結婚制度。ちなみに、離婚は両者の合意の元でしか成立しない。

一般に結婚したい、という人達は、それらをどれくらい理解して納得した上で「結婚したい！」と思っているのだろうかなー、思ってないから結婚後のトラブルを招いたり、隠れてこそこそ浮気に走ったりしてんだよなーと思って、常々くだらないと思っているのだけれど、フランスには結婚とは少し違う「パクス」というのがあるらしい。準結婚制度とでも呼べば言いそうな。

同性愛者であってもパクスは可能であり、その数は2006年には年間約８万組。対する従来の結婚が27万組なので、比率を見ても結構な割合だと思って差し支えないんじゃないかと思う。パクスには結婚と違って貞操義務はなく、また解消の際も両者の合意ではなく一方の意思のみで解消出来るそうな。
一方、日本でも最近事実婚が増えて来ているが、事実婚と結婚ではどれくらいの差が出るかと言うと、結婚をした際に受けられる制度的な保護の殆どが受けられないため、実質損をすることが多い。

フランスのパクスはこの事実婚を制度的に保護する制度と考えても良いと思う。
制度的にも慣習的にも「家」を単位に社会を構成させてきた日本だが、個人の人生観が多様化する現代において色んな面で齟齬が生じている中で、人格に結びついたトラブルを引き起こしやすい結婚という制度が最も見直されるべきところじゃないかと思うのだけれど、それでもまだまだ当たり前に「結婚は良い！」みたいな風潮が後を絶たないのは残念な傾向だと思っている。極端な話、「いつ結婚するのー？」みたいな前時代的な質問は好い加減セクハラとして裁判で敗訴出来るくらいになっても良いのじゃないかなー。
あと結婚するなら、制度を理解した上でやらないと、バカを見ると思う。当然のことを繰り返すが、恋愛は感情であっても、結婚は制度。既婚者が「他に恋人がいるんだ」と言うのは、ただのだらしないルール違反である。
そもそもルールを守れないのであれば結婚をしなきゃ良いし、もしくは離婚をすれば良い。融通が利かない旧来の制度に何故すがるのだろう。まあ、他に子育て等をする場合を保護するような代替する制度が無いからだろうけど。でもパクスみたいなのは日本じゃしばらく出来ないよなー。
個人的にはもう一つ、夫婦別姓制度が出来てない時点で結婚はかなりイヤ。相手に自分の姓になって欲しくないし、自分の姓が変わるのもイヤだ。

Nudists in Japan
Though I am not a nudist (maybe :p), I have some interests in nudism. There are few nudist beach in Japan, but there are nudists and they call each other with internet. Then they often visit outdoor bath which often located in the mountains, and take the bath together without any clothes. Of course, we usually take the spa without clothes, but men and women rarely enter the same, or prohibited to do so. So they look for the spas in the deep mountains and enjoy their nudism. I don't know well about other countries' nudists, but this is Japanese style of nudism.

Kitaro likes beef curry of Tottori.
Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro is the most famous work of a manga artist Shigeru Mizuki.
This curry is produced as Kitaro's favourite in Tottori. And I heard it was rather tasty with good local beef. If you are in Japan, you can order online here.
